Head of Food Service

Full-time | Reporting to Founder

We’re working with one of the most exciting challenger brands in food & drink — a premium, purpose-led product with huge momentum across retail and foodservice. With double-digit growth and some of the biggest names in hospitality already on board, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp Head of Foodservice to take their international B2B channel to the next level.

This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll lead foodservice sales across Europe and the Middle East — owning the strategy, building out key markets, and driving real commercial impact across the foodservice channel, looking after branded and own label.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading international foodservice sales strategy outside the UK & Ireland

Building and managing partnerships with wholesalers, distributors & restaurant groups

Winning new business in key European territories

Owning forecasts, trade spend, and revenue targets

Working cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, and Finance to deliver on plan

Feeding market insight back into NPD and growth strategy

What we’re looking for:

5+ years in international foodservice or commercial FMCG roles

A proven track record scaling B2B channels — food or drink is essential

A strong network across buyers, wholesalers, and distributors

Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Commercially sharp, strategically minded, and execution-focused

️ Comfortable travelling and managing international relationships

A builder, not a maintainer — entrepreneurial mindset a must
