Job summary

Hiddenwell seeks a Head of Food & Beverage at Ardencote, Warwickshire, to lead a multi-outlet operation within a luxury resort.

You will report to the General Manager and oversee strategic and operational leadership, driving revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional guest service across all outlets and events.

Qualifications

• Proven senior F&B leadership experience in hotel/resort premium hospitality.
• Strong financial management including budgets, payroll and stock control.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and ops across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food & Beverage across restaurants, bars, lounges, events and conferences.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through commercial management.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee budgets, labour, stock control and purchasing for F&B.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety laws.

We are seeking an ambitious andexperienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead and inspire our Food &Beverage operation across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars,lounges, events and conferencing facilities.

The Role

Reporting directly to the GeneralManager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operationalleadership of the Food & Beverage department. You will drive revenuegrowth, maximise profitability, maintain exceptional service standards, andcreate a culture of excellence across all outlets.

You will oversee all aspects ofthe operation, from guest experience and team development to financialperformance, compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing all Food & Beverage teams across restaurants, bars, lounges, events and conferences
• Driving revenue growth and profitability througheffective commercial management
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences thatexceed expectations
• Managing departmental budgets, labour costs, stockcontrol and purchasing
• Ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards andoperating procedures
• Recruiting, coaching and developing managers andteam members to achieve their full potential
• Analysing business performance and implementinitiatives to improve sales and guest satisfaction
• Working closely with the Executive Chef and widerleadership team to develop innovative food and beverage offerings
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, licensingand health & safety legislation
• Fostering a positive and engaging workplace culturealigned with Hiddenwell values

About You

We are looking for a passionatehospitality professional who can combine strong commercial acumen withinspirational leadership

• Have proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a hotel, resort or premium hospitalityenvironment
• Have exceptional financial management skills withexperience managing budgets, payroll and stock control
• Have the ability to demonstrable success in drivingrevenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
• Have experience leading large, multi-disciplinaryteams
• Have an excellent understanding of food safety,licensing and health & safety legislation
• Have excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

Additional Information

• Full-Time positions working 5 out of 7 days perweek - including evenings, weekends and public holidays
