Overview

Band on the Wall is looking for a full time Head of Food and Beverage as we continue to expand our activity.

Band on the Wall is a not-for-profit venue – we pride ourselves on bringing the best music from around the world to Manchester and augment our concerts and club events with a dynamic learning and participation programme. This is a key post as part of the senior management team of Inner City Music Ltd, the owners and operators of the Band on the Wall music venue.

We are looking for a Head of F&B to lead and develop our hospitality offer across our main sites: the Band on the Wall venue, The Copper Bar and the Rose & Monkey as well as adhoc external events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the hospitality offer across Band on the Wall, The Copper Bar, the Rose & Monkey and adhoc external events.
• Maximise revenue opportunities from bars, catering and events operations.
• Motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional service in a fast paced environment, providing training, support and leadership.

Qualifications and attributes

• Passion for hospitality and a drive to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Strong background in venue and/or hospitality management.
• Ability to manage and develop teams to deliver high standards of service.
