More about the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the venues F&B systems are operating effectively. This includes EPOS, card payment terminals, restaurant booking systems, and other related systems.

You will oversee the venues F&B stock ordering, distribution, and count process with the aim of ensuring that stocktaking results are as accurate as possible, which in turn will maximize profitability.

  • Lead and support the small team responsible for managing the venues food and beverage software systems ensuring they are configured correctly to ensure smooth operations on event days.
  • Manage product listings on the EPOS system including menus and pricing updates.
  • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot the venues EPOS & PDQ terminals and other systems to ensure smooth transaction processing and system integration.
  • Lead and support the venues stock controller to ensure that weekly stock takes are managed effectively and are as accurate as possible.
  • Support the venues Head of Logistics & Warehouse to lead and manage the Logistics team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
  • Work with the team to communicate with suppliers regarding pricing updates, product changes, and address any queries to ensure smooth procurement operations.

About you:

  • Substantial experience in a similar relevant role, ideally with oversight of an EPOS system for a large venue or multi-site business.
  • Expert in food and beverage stock-taking with experience in stock-taking systems, problem solving, and communicating financial results.
  • Experience or qualifications in managing systems or technology projects including new software roll-outs.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.

  • Flexible - Willingness to work event-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
