The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Food and Beverage to take full ownership of our culinary and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen and FOH team
• Menu & Concept Creation: Build seasonal, local menus using homegrown and regional ingredients
• Operations: Oversee service across all dining outlets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Guest Experience: Deliver consistent 5-star service with thoughtful touches that exceed guest expectations
• Events & Occasions: Lead on private events, weddings, and retreats, tailoring food and beverage offerings
• Sustainability: Champion farm-to-table initiatives and eco-conscious practices
• Financials: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Passion for sustainable, seasonal food and farm-to-table practices
• Great eye for detail and excellent service standards
• Comfortable working in a countryside environment
