The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Food and Beverage to take full ownership of our culinary and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen and FOH team
- Menu & Concept Creation: Build seasonal, local menus using homegrown and regional ingredients
- Operations: Oversee service across all dining outlets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Guest Experience: Deliver consistent 5-star service with thoughtful touches that exceed guest expectations
- Events & Occasions: Lead on private events, weddings, and retreats, tailoring food and beverage offerings
- Sustainability: Champion farm-to-table initiatives and eco-conscious practices
- Financials: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Passion for sustainable, seasonal food and farm-to-table practices
- Great eye for detail and excellent service standards
- Comfortable working in a countryside environment
