Job description

My client is seeking an accomplished and driven Head of FM Sales – Security to lead and expand our facilities management sales division in London, with the flexibility to travel nationwide.

This pivotal role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading a dedicated sales team, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.

As the Head of FM Sales – Security, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored security solutions that meet client requirements.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to align sales strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless integration of services and achieving sales targets.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £80,000, along with a commission of 1% on each sale made. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated sales leader to make a significant impact within the security sector.



Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the security segment.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets and ensuring achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
