If so, Ron Brooks Motor Group, a trusted name in automotive retail for over 60 years, is looking for a Group Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet operations across our dealership network. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our fleet strategy and business development.

About Us

Ron Brooks Motor Group proudly represents a forward-thinking portfolio of automotive brands, including Toyota, Suzuki, Omoda, Jaecoo, and the innovative EV brand Xpeng.

With a strong heritage of delivering exceptional customer service across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and more recently Leicestershire, we combine trusted family business values with a progressive and innovative approach to automotive retail. As we expand our footprint in the fleet and business-to-business market, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive our growth in this crucial area.

The Role

As Group Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational success of our fleet and corporate sales function across all group locations. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving volume, profitability, and long-term partnerships with business clients and leasing partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a group-wide fleet and business sales strategy aligned with commercial targets.

· Identify and secure new opportunities in SME, corporate, public sector, and leasing channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, finance providers, and manufacturer fleet teams.

2 / 2

· Oversee the end-to-end fleet process, from lead and quotation through to vehicle ordering and delivery.

· Track and analyse sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and customer satisfaction using CRM tools and internal systems.

· Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA guidelines, GDPR, and manufacturer brand standards.

· Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and aftersales, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

· Stay up to date with market trends, EV developments, and fleet-related legislation.

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience in a fleet management or B2B sales leadership role, ideally within a franchised dealer group.

· Deep understanding of contract hire, leasing, salary sacrifice, and fleet funding models.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset.

· Excellent communication

· Experience with CRM platforms and manufacturer fleet portals.

· Previous experience with multi-brand operations or emerging EV brands is a plus.

What We Offer

· A leadership role in a respected, family-owned dealer group.

· Competitive salary and a full benefits package.

· Company car and fuel allowance.

· The opportunity to represent cutting-edge brands like Toyota, Suzuki, Xpeng, Omoda, and Jaecoo.
