Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a proactive team leader to mentor and manage our fitness staff, organise class timetables, and oversee a broad range of fitness programming from studio classes to personal training. You will champion high standards, coach staff to improve performance, and strive to hit ambitious sales and KPI targets while promoting wellbeing across the site.

You should have a background as a personal or fitness trainer with experience leading teams, plus qualifications such as REPs

Qualifications

• Previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team.
• Track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
• Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
