The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to head a well-established Financial Services division of this prestigious membership body, driving strategy, thought leadership, member engagement and commercial growth across one of the UK's most influential professional communities.

This is a unique opportunity to combine deep financial services expertise with stakeholder influence, policy development, commercial leadership and team management. You will play a central role in shaping industry debate, responding to regulatory developments and delivering valuable insights and support to senior professionals across banking, insurance, investment management and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

About You

You will be an ACA-qualified leader, or equivalent, with significant experience gained within financial services, professional services, regulation or a related environment.

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of banking, insurance, investment management or broader financial services markets.
• Experience developing thought leadership, technical guidance or market insight.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for developing teams and delivering strategic objectives.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or commercial performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to engage at senior industry level.
