Castlefield is working with a Housing Association in the North West to recruit a Group Head of Financial Reporting for a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave. This role offers fully remote working and a salary of up to £60,000.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead, manage, and coordinate the provision of the Group's CBS Financial Management and Statutory Accounting functions.
2. Oversee operations including financial/statutory accounts production, Service Level Agreement monitoring, and consolidated budget/accounts production.
3. Manage, oversee, and coordinate the Group’s External Audit, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory financial reporting requirements.
4. Desirable: Social Housing experience.
5. Essential: Experience with multi-entity group structures and consolidations.
