This senior role will focus on overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and team management across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in financial institutions, particularly in regulatory reporting and financial control.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant – ideally ACA or equivalent.
• Experience in Senior Financial Reporting or Financial Control role.
• Regulatory reporting experience, particularly from a Capital/ICARA perspective.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and control for Management Companies across EMEA.
• Manage month-end processes and audits.
• Lead a team in financial reporting tasks.

Head of Financial & Regulatory Reporting - Global Hedge Fund

Key focus on the financial reporting and control for the Management Companies across EMEA. This is a broad Financial Reporting specialist role which includes:

• People Management
• Financial Reporting & Control under IFRS & US GAAP
• Regulatory Reporting – ICARA focus
• Dealing with the Auditors
• Managing the month-end process

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant – ideally ACA or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a Senior Financial Reporting or Financial Control role in a top-tier Financial Services institution
• Regulatory reporting experience, especially from a Capital/ICARA perspective
• Experience managing Teams
