Head of Financial Planning – Housing Focus - £60-70,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a strategic finance leader to drive financial excellence across their Housing function and the wider Group.

In this pivotal role, you will:

Lead groupwide financial planning & reporting for Housing, delivering clear insights to guide decision-making.

Oversee the integration of a new finance system, embedding smarter, faster, and more accurate reporting.

Ensure robust compliance & governance across housing association, charity, and statutory frameworks.

Partner with the Group CFO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and deliver sustainable growth strategies.

About you:

You’re ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive senior leadership experience.

You’ve successfully led finance system integrations and transformation projects.

You understand housing association finance inside-out and know how to embed efficiency, accountability, and strategic focus into complex organisations, or you have charity experience at a senior finance level

£60-70,000 salary (DOE) + monthly car allowance or electric car option.
