Citi seeks a highly experienced Financial Institutions (FI) Sales Head to drive revenue growth. This critical role demands a proven sales leader who will shape strategic sales initiatives across Payments and Liquidity Management, while mentoring a high-performing team and building relationships with key financial clients.

The Financial Institutions (FI) Sales Head is the global sales leader focused on Payments, Liquidity Management and Trade and Working Capital Solutions for this client segment, which includes Banks and Broker Dealers, Insurance, Asset Managers, Specialty Finance and FinTech. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented sales leader to drive revenue growth and client engagement across the segment globally. This critical role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, building strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
The role directly reports to the Global Head of Services and is a member of the Services Executive Committee. The role also works in close partnership with Investor and Issuer Services, Banking and Markets to drive One Citi / pan-Services client solutions.
