Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in Scotland

Bruin is proud to be partnering with a well-known Financial Services brand in their search for a Head of Financial Crime Operations to join their team.

This is a new and pivotal role. We are looking for an experienced financial crime leader with extensive leadership expertise and a knack for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight for the team.
  • Set and drive team priorities and outcomes, supporting team members with coaching and developing long-term career goals.
  • Provide advice and guidance, acting as a point of escalation for the team.
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with relevant 1LoD stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with 2LoD financial crime teams to enhance risk management and compliance culture.
  • Ensure alignment of financial crime operational processes and procedures with company policies.
