Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Post-qualification senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Ability to present to Leadership Team and Board.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the Finance Department and build capability to deliver priorities.
• Provide timely, decision-focused financial insight to Leadership Team, Board and shareholders.
• Lead the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting processes with senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting, audit and tax requirements.
