What will the Head of Finance (Property Services) role involve?

• Taking full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division, ensuring alignment with the wider group strategy
• Business Partnering with senior operational leaders to translate performance into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and drive long-term value
• Lead the finance integration of new acquisitions and champion process improvements across your division, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and consistency
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, playing a key role in shaping financial direction at group level while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance (Property Services) role:

• Fully qualified with experience of managing people at Management Accountant level
• Experienced in both presenting management accounts and liaising with external stakeholders
• Power BI skills and/or having worked within the property sector would both be highly advantageous
