AB Agri’s Premier Nutrition division seeks a Head of Finance to shape strategy, lead a high-performing finance team and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability. Based in Rugeley with hybrid working 2–3 days on-site, the role focuses on investment decisions, forecasting and performance reporting across the business.

As a senior finance leader, you will influence pricing, margins, and customer profitability while collaborating with commercial, operations and supply chain

Job Title: Head of Finance - Premier Nutrition

Location: Rugeley, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days on-site)

Contract and shift pattern: Permanent, Full Time

Package includes: Starting salary £75,000 per annum plus car allowance and a great range of benefits and development opportunities as part of the AB Agri team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Premier Nutrition. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you'll work at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders across commercial, operations and supply chain to drive growth, profitability and strategic decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to influence major investment decisions, lead a high-performing finance team and make a tangible impact on business performance, while building your profile across the broader group.
