Your new role

As Finance & Operations Director, you will lead the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the UK subsidiary. Reporting directly to the UK General Manager and working closely with the Italian parent company, you\u2019ll be critical in aligning local operations with group strategy, delivering compliance, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee accounting, HR, logistics, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and group policies.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and group reporting packages.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with outsourced logistics partners and ensure ERP data accuracy.
  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance and operations team.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong experience in accounting, finance, and operations within consumer goods and/or international environment.
