Are you a qualified Financial Controller seeking a Head of Finance role with a growing Corporate Services Group based in Central London?

We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Finance to join a fast-growing Corporate Services Group as Head of Finance. Reporting to the CEO and CFO, you will use your commercial acumen and exceptional accountancy skills to control the finance function of a group of companies and support the company with its growth plans. The company has an impressive track record for growth and has exciting plans, offering an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious FC looking for the next step.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing all financial operations, setting budgets and targets, maintaining rolling cash flow forecasts, and producing monthly management accounts with cost analysis.
  2. Providing quarterly budget updates, supporting reforecasting efforts, and delivering ad-hoc reports as needed.
  3. Working closely with department heads to analyze the cost base and implement cost-efficiency initiatives.
  4. Liaising with external advisors to optimize the group's tax and financial position.
  5. Managing the finance team and ensuring the finance department operates smoothly, with accurate records and timely payments.
  6. Coordinating year-end reporting and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or similar qualification with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a senior role in the private sector with 10+ years of finance experience.
  • Previous staff supervisory experience.
