Your role
Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering, reporting to the Financial Director. Lead a team of FBPs to support various functions and stakeholders, providing key decision support information. Deliver financial support, insights, and oversight over activities including budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Establish standardized reporting and cost management analysis frameworks. Support investments and transformation projects with functional analysis, applying finance, technology, and data expertise. Responsible for reporting flash and actual results, as well as managing financial risks and controls, including process mapping and risk register management. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and provide additional analysis as needed.
Requirements
Qualified accountant with senior business partnering experience in large, complex organizations. Extensive business partnering experience at an executive level, with confidence in presenting analytics and options. Inquisitive mindset with a strong understanding of corporate functions and costs. Extensive cost management experience. Solution-oriented, flexible, and pragmatic, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Broad commercial finance experience including reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics. Proven team collaboration skills. Experience in investment appraisal, financial modeling, and supporting key decisions. Strategic thinker capable of modeling bottom-up and top-down solutions.
