Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The role is based in Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape the operational framework supporting our mission and lead a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more.

Applicants must demonstrate the following by the closing date:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years' senior management experience with a proven track record in financial and HR management, strategy development, and delivering complex programs.
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards or similar audiences.
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
