Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The location is Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The Head of Finance and Corporate Services will shape operational frameworks supporting our mission and lead multidisciplinary teams across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in a recognized international organization.

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy, and program delivery.
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
