Job Description

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The location is Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role: Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape the operational framework supporting our mission to promote autism education excellence across Ireland. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in a recognized international organization.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to boards.
  • Access to transportation for travel across Ireland and the UK.
