Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services for a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. Location: Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

The Centre promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The successful candidate will lead operations supporting our mission, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in a cross-border organization recognized for innovation.

Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience by the closing date:

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
  2. Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  3. At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
  4. Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to boards.
  6. Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
