Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services for a permanent, full-time position.

Salary: £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits

Location: Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland

About the Role

Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. This pivotal role involves shaping the operational framework to support our mission and leading a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in an innovative, cross-border organization recognized internationally.

Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
