Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The location is Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role: Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape the operational framework supporting our mission. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and other areas in an internationally recognized organization for innovation and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and delivering complex programs.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards or similar audiences.
  • Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
