Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. The role involves leading the operational framework supporting our mission to promote excellence in autism education across Ireland. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in an internationally recognized organization.

Applicants must demonstrate:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent)
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA)
• At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK
