Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. Location: Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The role involves shaping operational frameworks supporting our mission to promote autism education excellence across Ireland. You will lead a multidisciplinary team in finance, HR, IT, governance, and more in an internationally recognized organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least three years of senior management experience, demonstrating a track record in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to boards or similar audiences.
  • Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
