Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits.

About the Role: Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The Head of Finance and Corporate Services will shape the operational framework supporting this mission. You will lead a multidisciplinary team in finance, HR, IT, governance, and more within an internationally recognized organization.

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy, and program delivery.
  • Proficiency in governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to boards.
  • Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
