Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services for a permanent, full-time position. The salary range is £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits.

About the Role: Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The Head of Finance and Corporate Services will shape the operational framework supporting our mission and lead a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more. Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years of senior management experience, demonstrating proficiency in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience presenting to boards.
• Access to transportation for travel across Ireland and the UK.
