Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services for a permanent, full-time position. The role offers a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861) plus benefits. The location is Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The Centre promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The Head of Finance and Corporate Services will shape operational frameworks supporting our mission to enhance autism education. This pivotal role involves leading multidisciplinary teams across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more within a thriving cross-border organization recognized internationally for innovation.

Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience by the closing date:

1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
2. Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
3. At least three years of senior management experience with a proven track record in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
4. Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
5. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards or similar audiences.
6. Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
