Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The role is based in Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape the operational framework supporting our mission, leading a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in a renowned cross-border organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years' senior management experience, demonstrating expertise in financial and HR management, strategy, and program delivery.
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to boards.
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
