Job Description:

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. Location: Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape the operational framework supporting our mission. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in an internationally recognized organization for innovation and expertise.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards.
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
