Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services for a permanent, full-time position. The salary ranges from £68,436 to £71,662 (SCP 58-61), plus benefits. The role is based in Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The Centre promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. As Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will shape operational frameworks supporting our mission. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in an innovative, cross-border organization recognized internationally.

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
• At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery.
• Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to boards.
• Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.
