Additional significant influence over the business as Finance Leader of Analytics – Single contact for the Exec Committee, responsible for delivering multiple projects spanning our Commercial, Operation and Technology functions. Virgin Media O2 is the ‘coolest gig in Europe’ and this role will be critical to ensure that Virgin Media O2 develops a Finance team with advanced data analytics capabilities.
To be a change catalyst; partner with the Finance, Commercial, Data and Operations Senior Leadership teams to develop and deploy Virgin Media's O2's Finance Analytics vision & strategy. Translate strategy into an achievable roadmap for the Commercial Finance teams—ensuring resource availability and optimal prioritization. Influence resource owners and parallel projects to drive aligned priorities and lead end-to-end execution of projects. To lead and develop resources within the team, embedding a collaborative culture & a winning mindset.
