Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, you will effectively be the number one in finance.

Duties will include:

1. Leading the budget and financial planning processes for the Group
2. Interpreting complex financial information and preparing and presenting updates and information to the Board of Trustees and SLT
3. Leading on the preparation and review of all financial plans and budgets regularly and identifying cost reduction opportunities
4. Maintaining relationships with budget holders while overseeing and promoting adherence to budgets
5. Providing the SLT with timely and accurate financial information
6. Drafting the annual report and accounts and managing the associated group consolidation process

Person:

The successful candidate:

• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA)
• Worked within a grant funded organisation
• Has the gravitas to work with senior directors and manage the team effectively
• Able to work from home
