Overview

Head of Finance - Newry (13-Month FTC)

MCS Group are looking for a Head of Finance to join a global manufacturing company based in the Newry area on a 13-month fixed term contract.

The Company

Our client is a global manufacturing company based in the Newry area and have multiple offices across Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. They are part of a larger group of companies and are a global leader within their market space. Now is a great time to join their Newry finance function as they look at add a Head of Finance on a 13-month fixed term contract.

The Role

As the successful Head of Finance you will report directly to the Finance Director:

• Senior Finance Business Partner to Operations team;
• Provide strategic & operational advice to Managing Director of Operations;
• Ownership for financial planning process for operations;
• Lead on change management;
• Oversight for cost efficiency across manufacturing & supply chain;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person

The successful Head of Finance will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
• Strong people management experience;
• Relevant industry experience;
• Strong communication skills.
