Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Solihull

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Group Finance Director to support financial planning and deliver key objectives.
2. Lead the production of accurate and insightful financial reports to inform business strategy.
3. Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and risk management.
5. Utilise technology and automation to streamline month-end reporting and improve efficiency.
6. Oversee financial policies and procedures for event-related P&L, ensuring compliance and best practices.
7. Enhance financial visibility by introducing self-service reporting tools for key decision-makers.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

The Successful Applicant:

1. A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive post-qualification experience.
2. Strong background in financial leadership, with expertise in financial reporting and process optimisation.
3. A strategic mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
