A fantastic opportunity to head up the UK Finance team of a fast growing global business.

The business are going through significant transformation - through people, process and systems, all with the aim to modernise and create a stronger platform to achieve their ambitious growth plans. The UK has always been one of their strongest markets globally and you will partner with some high calibre individuals across Commercial, Operations and HR in driving the UK through further growth, expansion and profit.

This role is viewed as a trusted partner to the UK MD, and you will need to be comfortable with both strategy and being hands on where needed. They really want finance to act as a funnel to guide and drive commercial decision making, through a combination of strong FP&A and business partnering. There is a high performing and hard working finance team already in place, but there will also be further room to add further people to the team - you will get the autonomy to define this. You will also assist with the integration of a new ERP system, which will play a key part in the further integration of the different markets and countries.

Experience needed:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in a finance leadership role in a product based business.
• Strong strategic finance partnering experience.
• A track record of developing teams and collaborating across different functions.
• Commercially savvy where you can use your financial ability to drive commercial decision making.
• An able communicator capable of having high level conversations with other senior leaders.
