Description
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team fostering collaboration and growth.
- Prepare Group financial statements and board presentations with variance analysis and insights.
- Oversee cash management, FX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage statutory accounts, tax filings, audits, and ensure compliance with global deadlines.
- Conduct balance sheet reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain key external relationships (auditors, advisers, banks, insurers).
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
- Partner with operations to deliver financial support and promote collaboration.
- Review investment cases and contracts to assess financial viability.
- Enhance ERP systems and reporting tools for better performance insights.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
