Job description

Working with a highly respected, values-driven organisation to recruit an outstanding Head of Finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a strategic leadership role within a complex, regulated environment.

My client is seeking a finance leader with significant post-qualification experience, a strong understanding of financial strategy, treasury management, and financial control frameworks. You'll have a proven ability to lead high-performing finance teams, including other qualified professionals, and thrive in environments where integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement are essential.

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and solutions-focused, with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets, capital investment programmes, and regulatory reporting requirements. You'll be confident presenting at Board and committee level and navigating the governance requirements of a regulated setting.
