We are seeking an experienced finance professional, preferably with charity sector experience, who possesses strong leadership skills to lead our Finance team and ensure excellent financial management. You will be responsible for guiding the team, providing financial expertise, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and supporting strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills. You should have experience supporting a motivated finance team that adds value, operates strategically, and is collaborative and solutions-focused. Flexibility, a high level of professionalism, and alignment with our organizational values are essential.
This role is based at our London HQ, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
