Shillito Group is seeking a Head of Finance for a Sheffield based manufacturing operation. You will lead the finance function, report to the FD, and drive improvements across management accounting, costing and inventory control. The role requires hands-on leadership, commercial insight and a proactive approach to solving operational issues.

You will dig beneath the numbers to ensure financial information reflects operational reality and guide strategic decisions for the site.

Our Sheffield based manufacturing client is recruiting for a Head of Finance to lead and manage the finance function within the busy, fast paced manufacturing business.

This is a key leadership position, reporting to the FD, and we are looking for an individual who is prepared to lead, build an effective finance function and challenge existing practices.

You role will be expected to dig beneath the numbers, understand how the site operates and ensure that the financial information produced accurately reflects what is happening operationally.
