Job Description

• Oversee the Accounting & Finance department to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Develop financial strategies and plans based on company objectives.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and managing internal controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a senior financial managerial position within the FMCG industry.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
