Head of Finance

Salary: £70,000 + Bonus

Location: Manchester

Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office (flexible working hours)

Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to provide strong leadership within the finance team within their high-growth business. What you'll do:

• Manage, coach and develop a large team of varied seniorities
• Oversee all financial operations ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Define and deliver the Finance/SMT agenda in conjunction with strategic planning cycle
• Drive commercial returns through constructive challenge and support of the SMT
• Responsible for day-to-day finance support across key areas: Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Transactional Operations
• Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders

• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines
• Analytical with good attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly competence in spreadsheets/Excel (advanced) and finance systems
• Positive attitude to change and embracing new ideas and ways of working
