We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join the London Sinfonietta – one of the world’s leading contemporary music ensembles. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, ideal for a qualified and experienced finance professional who wants to contribute strategically to the success and sustainability of a world-renowned arts charity.

As Head of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of the charity’s financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, management and statutory accounts, audits, tax, systems development, risk management and policies, and selected HR-related processes. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive & Artistic Director and senior colleagues, reporting to the Council (board) at governance level, and play an integral role in the financial leadership of the organisation, ensuring its operations remain sustainable, compliant, and efficient.

This is a key post for someone looking to make a tangible impact within a creative, mission-driven organisation.

Contract: Full-time or 4 days per week
