We are Creative Restaurant Group – a collection of boundary-pushing, experience-led restaurants rooted in creativity, and culture. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a commercially astute and people-drivenHead of Financeto lead our finance function and partner with the senior leadership team to shape the next phase of our journey.

This is a unique opportunity to work at group level across an ambitious hospitality business that includes Michelin-starred restaurants and innovative new concepts. You'll be hands-on, strategic, and play a vital role in enabling sustainable growth.

The Role

As Head of Finance, you will:

• Partner with the CEO, Investors, and Managing Director to influence strategic direction and commercial performance.

• Lead all financial planning activities – including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling.

• Own financial reporting, analysis, and insights that drive operational excellence across all sites.

• Oversee cashflow management, supplier and investor relations, and funding strategies.

• Present monthly financial results to senior leadership and help drive performance improvements.

• Manage the preparation of statutory accounts, corporation tax, and the external audit process.

• Review balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions.

• Produce business cases and investment appraisals for new site openings and capital projects.

• Identify and implement process improvements, controls, and systems that scale with the business.

• Work closely with our external accountants, banks, insurers, and international finance partners.

• Lead the relationship with Japanese accountants and collaborate with local teams to report back to investors.

• Mentor and develop the finance team, building a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

About You

You're a strong fit for this role if you:

• Have a proven track record as a Head of Finance or Finance Director within hospitality or a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• Are a qualified (or part-qualified) accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.

• Are commercially minded and thrive in both strategic and hands-on roles.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and non-financial teams alike.

• Have a passion for hospitality, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence and inspire.

• Enjoy solving complex problems and building efficient, scalable systems.
