Description

Due to retirement a privately owned and fast growth £12 million turnover Group of business are looking to appoint a Head of Finance. The business currently employs approximately 100 people and have undergone exceptional growth over recent years. Further expansion and development is part of the businesses 3 year plan, so now is an exciting time to join the business on their continual incline.

Workingn closely with the CEO and board on strategic plans but given the size of the team, you will remain in a hands on remit. Leading a team of 3 finance staff, you will assume overall responsibility for the daily operation of the finance team, overseeing the ledgers, payments and credit control functions. You will take ownership of the production of the monthly board pack including consolidated management accounts with commentary and rolling cash flow projections.

To be considered for this postion you will be a technically strong and fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) finance professional with a forward thinking and versatile working approach. Staff management and development experience is required as well as proven ability to improve business performance and efficiencies, preferably at Group level.
