Camino Partners Ltd, a London-based international recruitment group, seeks an ACA/ACCA-qualified Head of Finance to own financial reporting, statutory compliance and consolidation across its international entities. This hands-on role combines technical accounting with commercial partnering, covering cash flow, intercompany activity, and process improvements.

You will lead statutory accounts, audits and ensure compliance across UK and international entities, working closely with senior leadership

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.
• Three+ years PQE in a relevant role.
• Experience with international, multi-entity environments and external audits.

• Oversee intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency reporting.
• Coordinate corporation tax, VAT and international payroll compliance.
• Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital and treasury management.
• Strengthen financial controls, streamline processes and drive automation.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgets, forecasts and commercial decisions.

Head of Finance | International Recruitment Group | 4 days a week in office

We are partnering with a multi-award-winning international technical recruitment business headquartered in London, specialising in the placement of contract and permanent professionals across Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, and Marine.

With over 70 employees across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America, the group generates close to £50 million in annual turnover. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering specialist recruitment solutions to clients operating in technically demanding industries worldwide.

The Opportunity:

The business is seeking an ACA or ACCA-qualified Head of Finance to take ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance and consolidation across its international group.

This is a hands‑on role combining technical accounting with commercial business partnering, offering responsibility for multiple entities, international reporting requirements, cash flow and treasury, alongside opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statutory accounts, external audits and financial compliance across UK and international entities.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency reporting.
• Coordinate corporation tax, VAT and international payroll compliance.
• Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital and treasury management.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong statutory accounts and external audit experience.
• Background in international, multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent technical accounting and stakeholder management skills.
• Recruitment, staffing or professional services experience is advantageous.
• Sage Intacct, RSM InTime and process improvement experience are beneficial.
