Job Title: Head of Finance

Duties

As Head of Finance, you will be part of the senior leadership team to deliver financial stewardship and align financial strategy with wider business goals. You will report to the board and be responsible for:

• Leading the financial strategy across multi-entity and multi-currency businesses
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
• Implementing cost control measures and driving efficiency
• Evaluating investment opportunities, M&A activity, and capital expenditure projects

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Managing senior-level finance functions in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Overseeing multi-entity, multi-currency financial operations
• ERP systems and advanced financial modelling in Excel
